Hi
I have had a case in the small claims court (long story) but I need to appeal some parts where the hearing went over two days, two judges.
Which transcription service should I use, any reviews from anyone? Of these:
Ubiqus - this was has been rubbish - so avoid

What grounds are you appealing on? I presume you've checked you have valid grounds for appealing and permission to appeal has been granted?
Why aren't you applying to the court where the hearing took place for the transcript? You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
