    So I am continuing on the journey of treating my remaining thyroid with kid gloves. It seems to be yielding some results in how much like a hamster I now don't look!

    Doing several things;
    • A prebiotic each day to help digestion
    • A multi-vitamin tablet and fish oil
    • About a 1/4tsp of turmeric with black pepper on one meal
    • A non-flouride toothpaste
    • Boxing class, yoga or cycling most days
    • Practicing mindfulness

    The turmeric is supposed to reduce inflamation. It appears to have massively reduced the pain in my knee and my ability to get up and down stairs. It is not any special tablet. Mine is from the herbs and spices in Mr S. I try to keep coffee away from when I take vitamins as it allegedly inhibits absorbtion.

    I am taking care to not get stressed about work. I think the idea of any massive promotion is out of the window. I still intend to move company to one in an office if an opportunity presents itself.

    Flouride is supposed to inhibit the function of your thyroid.

    I'm loving the boxing (strange that isn't it! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:) It's taught by my yoga teacher!

    The plod down of the Credit cards continues;

    Barclaycard £3561
    Santander £660

    TOTAL £4221

    Mortgage is down to £58,609
    Debt LBM (08/09) £11,641. DEBT FREE APRIL 2021.

    It's great that you are getting results just from adding to/changing diet and habits. Hope it keeps improving!

    Very MSE today. Back has stiffened up terribly, it hurts when I breathe! So I've done a half hour downloaded yoga podcast on loosening up the hips. Seems to have helped.

    ....and while I was down there I spotted the state of the floor and all the crap under the sofa so will clear that now :D

    It's still here - now beginning to wonder if it's pleuricy or whether I am just turning into a hypochondriac.

    Pay day tomorrow
    :T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T

    Blimey that was a painful month. Lets hope that's it for adjustments to pay day.
