Replacing outdoor cooker vent cover - advice required

Noticed that there is damage to the vent.
It's a bit tricky to get access from my neighbours side but I took a couple of photos.

Size is approx 125mm-130mm (length & height)
Will I just be able to 'yank' the cover off and replace? Looks like it is well embedded into the wall.
Also, is there a better option vent cover to fit - one that doesn't let in insects and cold air in the winter?
Thanks

Lift up the two remaining flaps and you may find a screw in each corner.
Although often these are 'fixed' with whatever mastic happens to be on hand.
All the hardware sheds will sell you a replacement.
Here's Wickes' offering:

In terms of the vent cover, is there a better option for a cooker hood? Just to stop cold air getting in and freezing our kitchen!0 -

The existing cover will be difficult to remove intact because it is embedded into the wall, but the render looks like it has been applied after the vent was installed, so I think you will be able to remove the vent by breaking it into pieces and pulling the bits towards the centre of the duct. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0
