Telecom+ have increased prices again!

judging by previous posts, i would appear that t+ are merely in it for the money. They appear to have no regard for either the industry, the ASA or even its customers.

I always check prices online and then log on here to check feedback and then i make a choice. However, it seems to be that most people are unaware of tariff calculating sites or even this site. So when they get calls from reps stating that they are the cheapest in the country and this is backed up by their website, its no wonder that people join them.

... and just a quick question for all those t+ reps. Surely it is a lot easier to sell something if you believe in the product, so how do you promote?

does it not bother you that you give potential customers incorrect info, surely doing something good for a change will benefit you morally in the long run.

Do you not believe in Karma?

As Telecom+ increased their prices but didn't inform anyone till after they'd done it, beware the price comparison sites.

Energyhelpline is still calculating T+ prices based on their old, pre-increase tariffs.

(Energyhelpline still has this warning about T+):

We would only recommend Telecom Plus to the most ardent money savers

Also uswitch has the old tariffs.

By using the site Loon suggest I have just found Powergen online to be the cheapest for me in addition to that I then went to the Tesco site and signed up through their link and gained 2000 club card points

Anyone who changes over at this time of the year will find that overall, the money of which they may owe their previous provider will be significantly less than if you decided to change say March, only because you may caught up during the summer months with you bills.

T+ insist on their website (which is of course safe from any interfering regulation from the Advertising Standards Authority) that theirs is the cheapest - not just for you, COS, but for everyone in the land!

Thats why. I made a statment with reference to TP reps yesterday of which was considered to be Libel and so erased from the site. The fact is my comment was true dispite it not my intention to offend. I know TP+ Reps make a living out of it but its sad they have to rely on misinformation as you rightly point out

As the results of my search for cheaper energy for me has proven that you can't believe certain threads.
