New Build Issues - Build Quality

We moved into a new build Redrow house last September and we have had so many issues (70+)

Our previous Customer Services person has recently left and the standard of care has dropped massively!

We raised a number of concerns, and the responses don't seem right - they come across as - fob off and a reliance on me just accepting them. (its common across the site)

I have had a quick chat with NHBC, and they seemed a bit flummoxed by some of Redrow's responses but don't seem to want to give technical answers to questions - they would just like a case raised but have asked us to give the builders time to fix them. Before we kick up more of a fuss, I was wondering if anyone knew anything about some of the queries (below) and whether it was an obvious lie!

1) Wall in bathroom has no head plate fitted - the wall was ripped down when our tiling was replaced for being awful. The contractors doing the work commented but Redrow's response is "this is due to the panels being a certain width, if they are under a certain width they do not require a top [head]plate". The wall is floor to ceiling, around 800mm wide (it sits at the head of the bath). I can't see anything about this anywhere online?!

2) Rear Garden elevation - We know our garden had a degree of slope to it - however the 10cm height increase (Top Left) is in excess of 50cm, and the 40cm drop is over 50cm. Redrows response is that - its within tolerance, but where the drop is more we can put more soil down.. Despite that not being the issues as much as the massive hump!

3) Rear garden finish - its solid clay and just fills up with water right at the end of the patio (< 1.8m from house). Its just solid clay, NHBC mentioned it should have 100mm of topsoil and be ready for cultivation?! Not sure what this equates to though? They did mention that it didn't seem right.

4) Man hole Covers - We knew we had covers on our drive, however we have accumulated two more on our front garden. We were never made aware of these when buying (they aren't on plans) and we were never notified before moving in. We were told "is what it is" but despite repeated requests for more info they ignore the problem.

5) The brickwork around our door curves! It swings in at the top with a 17mm deviation, it's noticeable and we go from having a door frame to having nothing! The mortar is also noticeably a different colour around the door and the bricks either side aren't level. We had a bricklayer out fixing bits, but he told us he was being told to do the least amount due to cost, but he would have repointed the entire house!

Thank you in advance!
