Redundancy revoked

Hi
I have a medical condition which is making work difficult I'd asked for adjustments with have not happened yet

In the interim I was selected for redundancy which pleased me as could use the money to go to university to do postgraduate studies

The management have found out my plans and stopped my redundancy process saying now need me to stay

Can they do this? If adjustments have not been made then suitable alternative employment has not been found

Gut feeling is they are thinking will leave anyway saving money as was removed days after university requested reference

Can they cancel the redundancy process. Of course they can. So now you have to work with the management of the company to see if the requested adjustments are feasible and realistic

That's the approach go back to you are staying lets get these adjustments done.

If any one raises the UNI issue just say that was a fall back if you could not get a job, now you have one that's going back on hold.
