Onthebeach insurance

Hi all. New user here and looking for a bit if info.
Booked a holiday to costa del sol with 'onthebeach' in june. My booking includes hotel, flights, insurance and transfers. Also paid for a hold bag and reserved seats on the plane. There will be me, my partner and 14 yr old daughter.
The booking has been confirmed and we have recieved all the relevant vouchers and reference numbers.
However! Our insurance which we bought from 'onthebeach' has not asked us any medical questions. When we clicked to purchase it on the 'onthebeach' website it only asked us to confirm that no travellers are over the age of 70.
Is this okay? Do i need to contact them? Im only asking as my partner is diabetic and has epilepsy.
If anything should happen while on holiday i dont want to be in a position of the insurance not covering him due to us not declaring it.
Im a first time traveller so all this is new to me.
Thankyou.

the information is on their site regarding the base policy...I was just wondering why ive not been given a form to fill out or am i missing something?
By selecting insurance cover you are confirming that those requiring travel insurance are residents of the UK or Channel Islands and are 70 years of age or under. This policy does not provide cover for any of the travelling party or for non-travelling close relatives who may have any pre-existing medical condition(s).
when you click on the hyperlink to "pre-existing medical conditions" it takes you to this page https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/otb-insurance-documents/1/Pre-existing%20Medical%20Conditions.pdf
so you need to contact them to advise (as per the chart) and they can tell you the increased premium (if applicable) to cover.0 -
If you expensive via them then look at a specialist insurance company
Normally cheaper
