SkyPark Secure-had to pay car park fee

Hi There
I used SkyPark Secure meet and greet at Luton Airport recently. All went well until I came to get my car out of the multi storey with the pre paid ticket they gave me. It didn't work, and I had to pay to get my car out. I called the Luton number and they told me to email SkyPark secure. They came back and said that as they are only a comparison website, it has nothing to do with them!
I pointed out my contract was with them as I paid them and they couldn't wriggle out of it that easy.
I've heard nothing back yet but here is the email ;-

In response to your email regarding your recent problems at Luton SkyParkSecure Supersaver Meet & Greet, owned and operated by Drivefly.
We here at SkyParkSecure.com are a Price Comparison Website and act as a Booking Agent for Car Parking Companies at all the major Airports in the UK.
SkyParkSecure.com do not own or operate the Car Parks and do not provide the Car Parking Services, our Offices are based in Blackpool and we do not have any direct contact with the vehicles.
The Car Parks are owned and operated by either the Airports themselves or privately owned Companies and as per the Terms and Conditions of your booking your contract is directly with the individual Car Parking Company.
You will need to contact car park directly to discuss this matter, there should not be any additional charges as your booking has been paid in full.
It's not the amount but the cheek of the company to wash their hands in the matter.
Anybody else had similar experience

As per Stator, the company are correct, they acted as middleman only. I'd ask them to provide they evidence that they actually did hand over the payment to the parking provider and that the number they gave you is the one that they were supplied with by the provider. Then you will be fully armed to go to the provider with your complaint.0
