Exporting bank transactions and statements

So I'm currently with Yorkshire Bank business account (for a Ltd company) and exporting transactions is a complete pain. There also seems no way to download statements as PDF.
Thinking of moving banks - I don't do any cash transactions, mainly get paid by BACS.
Criteria is something with fully functional internet banking where I can download transactions and pdfs of statements.
Any recommendations?

by the sounds of it, any bank other than Yorkshire will do since they will all either have .pdf as hardcopy or offer downloads in various formats such as csv or some of the more popular money management software eg Quicken etc
what you need to do is find out what format is easiest to upload to your accounting software and then find a bank that offers it0 -
Thank you - great point about the upload format.
I'm pretty comfortable transforming/manipulating spreadsheets/CSV but would prefer the download to put each field of data in a separate column rather than concatenate them.
I'm accounting in QuickBooks and have my own copy in a spreadsheet which I use on a more regular basis.0 -

Most modern decent accounting software will allow automatic bank data feeds these days. Quickbooks online certainly does. It means that your bank transactions are automatically imported, so no need to mess around with downloads, exports, imports etc.0
