I very much doubt that you need a multi-currency card.

Get yourself a Starling Bank account and a travel friendly credit card from Halifax or Barclays.

I saw these advertised while queuing in the Post Office. I wondered how acceptable they'd be everywhere.


I decided I'd stick with my usual habit of some currency, some sterling and travel friendly PO credit card.


Unless you're going somewhere very unusual I'd just do what I'd do at home. Here I have very little cash on me at all.
