Im currently 8 days into my 16day visit driving along the west coast just done san francisco, yosemite, monterey and currently sitting in cambria looking out over the pacific and on day one i withdrew $200 cash from.an atm and i currently have $107 left.
In other words everyone accepts cards the money ive spent has been for odd dollar transactions and in a couple of places i didnt want to hand over my cardLive each day like its your last because one day you'll be right0 -
There are several chain garages in Florida that offers free cash withdrawal

If you have a good fee free Debit Card, then you can get [fee free] cashback, just like in the UK at places like WalMart0
