How exactly do you think their computer system works to allow them to find your account, take you through security, input your new address and check to make sure it has updated in only 3 clicks. :rotfl:0 -
There comes a point where the time and effort you spend on complaining far outweighs the costs you're trying to get waived. I'd have thought at 40 quid you'd be way past that point by now.
Where I live a 10 minute walk can take you from leafy suburbia to an urban hell hole!0 -
Totally sympathise with the original post. I've moved 500 yards, (different Post Code), have 6 months left on my policy. Increase £71. Complained. Chap said they had this a lot. Wont be using Hastings Direct again at renewal time.0
