On mister auto they have promo codes for free delivery on orders over £39.95 and a 12% discount on orders over £129 so should they be charging delivery if I spent £165. The way they are doing it you only get a 9% discount instead of the 12% due to them adding delivery costs.

It's not unusual for a retailer to allow only one code per order. You just need to work out which is better value for you.0

Having had a quick look, free standard delivery (to most of the UK) is available over £49.50 anyway without any code. Are you being charged for standard delivery or express?
If you are choosing express delivery then the code doesn't cover that.0 -

Ok. So the free delivery code is a red herring really as you don't need to use it for spending £165. The issue is you being charged for delivery when you are spending over their £49.50 minimum?
Have you asked them why their website is charging you delivery, and what have they said?0
