BBC Listen Again on a Mac

I'm having trouble getting this to work on a friend's Mac. Tried downloading Real software but it doesn't seem to install properly. This Mac is running OS 10.2 and someone has told me that they thought it needed to be a later version for Listen Again to work properly. Any advice would be very welcome. My friend is in danger of wishing she had a PC!

The system requirements for the latest Realplayer are:
Minimum system requirements:
- Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later
- 256Mb RAM (512 recommended)
- PowerPC G3 (or later) or Intel Core Solo/Duo processor
- Internet connection
Which would explain why you had trouble installing (if that's the one you tried).
So you probably need one of the legacy players listed at:
http://forms.real.com/real/player/blackjack.html
