Santander 123 Mini - Increased age to 13 - Any alternatives ?

Last October I helped my nephew open a Santander 123 Mini account when he turned 11. I am today trying to do the same for a my niece who has also turned 11.
It would appear that Santander has changed the age requirements, and the account can now only be opened in trust.
Does anyone know of any alternative accounts for children that allow them to be opened in their name at 11 ?
Thanks in advance

The list at https://www.money.co.uk/current-accounts/childrens-current-accounts.htm can be sorted by minimum age, so can display a sizable list of accounts for 11 year olds, from which you can cross-check any trustee requirements....0
