Hi everyone you all seem very informed and I am a bit lost so would appreciate your help.
I have just come out of work because of ill-health receiving a small settlement.
I receive PIP daily living the first level and have done just since February.
Yesterday I began a claim for ESA on the telephone. I was a bit nervous and when they came to my conditions I gave my two main ones. The lady then moved on to other questions.
I was thinking later should I have given all the conditions I mentioned for my PIP,although I am not sure how much they took into account.
Then today I went to the GP for a fit note to send in. It wasn't my usual GP and I was feeling pretty rough. They gave me a note for two months but when I came to send it off they had only put one condition on which is my 'main one' fibromyalgia.
I sent it off anyway so as not to delay any process.
Will I have harmed my claim at all by missing my other conditions which I am being treated for and have records at GPs of course?
Will I have the opportunity to discuss these at my assessment?
I hope this makes some kind of sense and really appreciate your time.
Thank you

Don't worry. They'll send you out a form where you put what your conditions are and how they affect you, so you'll have chance to give full details there.
Don't worry about the fit note either - you can send medical evidence of other illnesses.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
