Cancelling holiday

I booked a holiday for next year with Thomas cook. But mixed two hotels up with similar names. The one I booked isn’t what I thought. The holiday was no deposit so anyone any idea on where I stand if I cancel it would be within 24 hours of booking. The only info I can find says to cancel I lose the deposit but my deposit is zero???

You may have paid a zero deposit, but it doesn't mean an amount isn't due on cancellation.

You will have signed to say that if you cancel you will pay the full deposit which usually is £200pp on a TC holiday unless its long haul which is £250pp although Airtours maybe a cheaper deposit.
Within 24hrs you maybe able to cancel if you ask nicely, outside 24hrs no.
Can you not amend it to the hotel you really wanted?0 -
Why would you cancel? Just change it to the hotel you want0
