How long for homebuyers report?

The survey on the house I am buying was done on Monday, the lender texted and emailed me today with the mortgage offer docs which confirms valuation at the price I am paying, but the valuation was also a survey - home buyers report. So the surveyor has confirmed the valuation to the lender so when will I receive the homebuyers report?

I think the only people who can tell you are the surveyors. Give them a call first thing tomorrow?0

Was it through Nationwide? Check your junk folder if so - we had a home buyer's report done at the same time as the valuation from Nationwide and all the stuff from the surveyor, including the report, ended up in junk! Worth a look.0

Could be 2 days, could be 3 weeks. I'd certainly chase after 6 or 7 days.
One I had took over 2 weeks. I chased lots, and they lied saying it was posted, then said they'd email, then post until we were going round in circles and I was getting really peed off with them - still nothing. Eventually my lender rang the surveyor and he said he would get it typed up that day and emailed (which they did)!2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0 -
Valuation is separate. They write up the report. Ours took about 7 working days. The valuation came in after 2 working day0
