We will be in Barcelona for 10 days (with our kids aged 12, 5 and 17 months). We plan to check out a few beaches a fair amount and do some sight seeing, possibly go to Girona or somewhere else a bit further afield for a day and won't be hiring a car.
I've been looking at the various travel cards and my brain hurts! Which one??????? Arggghhhhh! Please advise :-)

Some cards allow you to jump the queue at popular places which can be a big advantage. Otherwise, price up where you want to visit and see if you are going to save money.
Girona is well worth a visit and only half an hour or so on fast trains. The old town is lovely and it has interesting museums and galleries if that is your kind of thing.0 -
Tarragona is an old Roman City and quite pretty, and of course Port Aventura water park and theme park in Salou would be good for the kids. Trains from Barcelona go to both0
