I suspect this may end up as "MSE makes a story out of not very much". A dozen examples is going to be a very, very small percentage of the total number of SOs sent out, and I wouldn't be surprised if you asked customers of any bank for their experience you'd get a similar number. If it was a systemic problem there would be thousands reporting it.0

Yes, it seems odd when the story is all about SOs bouncing back to TSB from other banks - if the SOs hadn't been initiated in the first place then I'd have thought that this would clearly be a TSB issue, but if they're bouncing back from elsewhere then I'd have thought that it's at least debatable as to where the issue is, between sending and receiving banks.
Obviously the finger of suspicion unsurprisingly points towards TSB given all their other issues, but potentially not their fault on this occasion....0 -
I!!!8217;ve had an issue with my regular saver SO but it was supposed to on the 23rd from my TSB Classic Plus to my TSB regular saver. It was paid then returned. I can!!!8217;t seem to now transfer it again to get the money into my TSB regular saver earning the higher interest... So a to and from TSB SO that!!!8217;s failed, but last week.
I!!!8217;ve raised a complaint and hope they!!!8217;ll backdate the interest!0 -
SOs within TSB are bouncing back... from current account to monthly saver.
Also I noticed that accounts have been reordered at online main page and on the app. Irritating.0 -

They aren't SOs in the true sense of the term. An SO is a payment from one bank to another which is sent via the Faster Payments system. What you describe is a regular internal transfer, which doesn't use FPS, and is entirely within the control of TSB (and is therefore subject to whatever issues are currently affecting TSB).0
