Just a little update, defence has been sent and an acknowledgment has been received.
I have received an email directly from Gladstones with the N180 filled out, am I correct in thinking that I should wait for the court to send me my N180 to fill out?

I've been extremely busy over the past couple of months how ever i did manage to get the case in my local court on the 28th of September.
Unfortunately i have missed the deadline that was given to send the documents to the courts and other parties. However i have yet to receive any documents from them either?
I am going to contact the courts tomorrow to see if they have paid the court fee in time, and see if they case is still open.0 -
OK, then file & serve a WS and evidence this week anyway, if the case is proceeding.
