i am wanting to send this via email so should i print it out, sign it and scan it back in?
Yes, that's the way to do it.

Then email it to the CCBCAQ address easily found on this forum or on the court's 'contacts' webpage.

MCOL has just changed its email address for defences and DQs to:

    CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk

There is currently a forward on the old CCBCAQ email address, but it's probably best to start using the new email addy from now on.

  • Just a little update, defence has been sent and an acknowledgment has been received.

I have received an email directly from Gladstones with the N180 filled out, am I correct in thinking that I should wait for the court to send me my N180 to fill out?

    Thanks again

And let me guess... does it suggest the case be held on the papers only?

HJB, you really need to progress this stuff using post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread.
In there you will find the greatest detail on how to deal with this.
  • I've been extremely busy over the past couple of months how ever i did manage to get the case in my local court on the 28th of September.

Unfortunately i have missed the deadline that was given to send the documents to the courts and other parties. However i have yet to receive any documents from them either?

I am going to contact the courts tomorrow to see if they have paid the court fee in time, and see if they case is still open.

OK, then file & serve a WS and evidence this week anyway, if the case is proceeding.

search late witness statement and see how people have filed them even with a day to spare and still won!

Did you find out if the hearing fee was paid, and did you get your own WS in, and did you receive theirs?
