Hi All,
Has anyone any experience of booking with trip.com?
I understand it's one of china's most popular booking agencies?
A hotel I'm interested in (in Japan) is cheapest on this, and although it allows cancellation it asks for prepayment, so just wanted to check before booking if there is anything I should be wary of?

The parent company CTRIP owns Edinburgh based Sky Scanner.
CTRIP apparently have an Edinburgh call centre too.
They are the world's 2nd largest travel agency so your money should be safe0 -
