Which windows laptop.

Hi I have had my laptop for years but need to update it to something newer.
I need it to be windows 10 at least. I will be using it mainly for my crafting but will need to write emals and keep records.
This will be a second laptop so don't want to spend the earth on it.
Any help would be appreciated,
