Studio Catalogue PPI pre 2005

Hello all

I had PPI charged when buying from the Studio Catalogue.

I recently contacted them and there response was the PPI was taken out before 2005 and thus I couldn't claim.

My question is obviously is that correct and if so does it matter that I contacted them after 2005 asking them to cancel the PPI only to be told that was not possible !

Would appreciate any comments or advice and thank you very much for your time

Since any complaint would be about the actual sale of the insurance, any subsequent attempt to cancel it would be irrelevant.

You've already been told your complaint will not be considered as it is pre-regulation. That information is correct.
