We just had our tax credit declaration and the one question I find hard is how much taxable benefits I had last year?
I have income support, so that should be included right?
What about careers allowance and DLA?
How do I get the totals please?

There is a box you tick specifically for IS.
Carers allowance is taxable, DLA isn't.0 -

The hard part is working out how much you got the year in question?
Is it possible to email income support and caters allowance?
Or can I try and work it out myself from my nak statements?
Would it matter if I!!!8217;m slightly incorrect?Nothing has been fixed since 2008, it was just pushed into the future0 -

You don't need the amount of IS, you just tick the box as I said previously.
Carers allowance should give you details of how much received but I do not believe you can email them.0 -

Thanks so much for you help
So I think it's £62 per week X 52 weeks = £1300
Shall I put £1300 down as my total taxable social security benefits?Nothing has been fixed since 2008, it was just pushed into the future0 -
Another question please when filling in tax credits annual declaration
Should you leave blank areas that should be zero, or right 0.00?Nothing has been fixed since 2008, it was just pushed into the future0 -
Ask carers allowance the exact figure, don't estimate it.
I've answered your other question on your other post.0 -
Hi
Your carers allowance income is the weekly amount multiply by 52,
eg £62.70 x 52 = £3260.40,
you can call the helpline that is on your carers award letter and they will give you the amount.0
