Had a wooden floor installed a couple of months ago but it squeaks a lot

    Have a chat, ask for matters to be corrected. But bear in mind did the floor layers inspect the floor before coming to lay the planks? We are guessing it should have been levelled but we do not know because we have seen it. But your springing/bounce could be planks cut too long, and tucking under skirting sounds strange. So all round it does not appear to be a good job.
