I use Shpock a lot and have several sales a month. The free version doesn't cost anything to use, you can pay though for extra photos or to lose the rolling ads, but so far I haven't bothered.
I have about a 50/50 mix of people collecting for cash, or paying by paypal and having items posted. However, payment is up to the seller so if you don't want the bother of posting then just stick with cash on collection. I use it on my phone and ipad, but I do understand it is possible to use on a desktop PC as well.
