Reclaim Egg PPI

Hi all
I recently found a thread about this but I can’t find it again. I need the number to contact Canada Square about Egg PPI.
They say they can’t find my account and I don’t have a copy of my account number and my name has changed through marriage.
Can anyone help or advise me on this?
I would really appreciate some support

Barclays did end up with some of them but if neither can find you, your complaint is over without your own records
