Terms and conditions

1. This Promotion is open to all residents in UK aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Procter & Gamble UK and its affiliates or agents, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion.
2. Purchase of any Flash product is required to enter the promotion.
3. Entrants can only enter once from the same mobile number. No bulk or third party entries accepted.
4. To enter, purchase any Flash product at a Poundland store between the offer dates of 1st April 2018 and 30th June 2018 and retain proof of purchase (i.e. a dated till receipt). Then text “FLASH” to 81222 before the offer closing date of 23:59 on 30th June 2018. You will receive a series of texts acknowledging your entry and advising where full T&Cs can be found. You will not be charged for incoming texts. Winners will be asked to submit proof of purchase to claim their prize.
5. The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete or delayed. Proof of sent SMS is not proof of delivery.
6. Valid entries received by 23.59 on 30th June 2018 will be entered into a Prize Draw and the first entry randomly selected by an independent person will win one prize of a 7-night trip to Orlando, Florida-USA for the winner plus up to 3 guests.
7. The prize package consists of : -
   • Return economy flights to Orlando airport from either Manchester or London Heathrow
   • 7 nights’ accommodation in 2 standard rooms or 1 family room at the 4* Grand Orlando Resort at Celebration (or similar hotel), Kissimmee, Orlando on a room only basis.
   • 1 day admission for the winner and 3 guests to Legoland
   • Unlimited access for the winner and 3 guests for 7 consecutive days to Seaworld, Aquatica and Busch Gardens
   • £1,000 spending money allowance; please note there is a $20-a-day resort fee payable locally which the spending money allowance must be used to cover.
   • Return transfers Airport-hotel-airport
8. Stipulations : -
   • One member of the travelling party must be aged 21 or more
   • All other expenses associated with the prize unless otherwise stated are the responsibility of the winner and accompanying guests.
   • Specified accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternatives may be offered dependent on availability.
   • Valid dates for travel are 30th June 2018 to 30th June 2019 not including Christmas & New Year periods 2018/19 (11th December 2018 to 14th January 2019), Easter 2019 period and bank holidays. All other dates are strictly subject to availability.
   • Winner will be required to submit 3 preferred departure dates at least 1 month apart. The requested departure date must have a minimum of 60 days advance notice of travel after completion of their winner information & prize acceptance form unless stated otherwise. Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or altered
   • Travel insurance is not included but is a pre-requisite for winners to travel, including dangerous activity cover where applicable.
   • Winners are responsible for their own travel insurance visas, passports with at least 6 months validity and meeting entry requirements. If they are refused entry or have not sought the correct visas, The HPC or the promoter are not liable or responsible.
   • Winners will be asked for a credit card on check-in to cover any extras so must be able to provide one.
   • All members in party must provide photocopies of their passports to ensure names are spelled correctly and that their passports are valid.
   • There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
   • Not included is; tips, gratuities or meals
9. The winner will be notified by telephone within 10 days of the prize draw closing date and if not available a message will be left. To claim their prize, the winner will be asked to submit proof of purchase (i.e. a valid dated store till receipt) showing purchase of any Flash product between 1st April 2018 and 30th June 2018. In the event a winner does not respond to the call /message with valid proof of purchase and/or confirm acceptance of the prize to the Promoter within 10 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
10. When a valid prize claim is received; the main prize winner will be supplied with a unique reference code and contact details for the agency that will arrange the trip.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify from the promotion any entrant suspected of fraud or cheating, including without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data or acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter.
13. The Promoter will not be liable for system failures, network errors, site being down, hacks on the system or personal computer issues.
14. The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete or delayed.
15. The prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
17. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
18. By participating in this Promotion, the winner consents to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion and to images and text entry being used for publicity or promotional purposes including, and not limited to, websites, social media, magazine or mobile services at any time without further consent or payment.
