Damage from water leak

I live in a communal block of flats (leasehold) - there was a water leak on a stop valve - i think its called under the building. Leak was 2 meters or so from my flat.
A significant volume of water was pumped into the base of the building for 3 to 4 days on and off while leak being diagnosed/fixed to the point it flooded the lift area over a foot deep and took a water extraction lorry 30mins+ to pump out all the water
The leak had been going on for a lesser extent for 3 months or so - as it was manifesting itself as a rushing noise coming from a communal wall - but nobody could diagnose the issue
there looks to be significant discolouration on the brickwork in the crawlspace under the building (im a new user so cant post pics)
Managing agents not keen on surveying under building it seems - appreciate its difficult to judge do you think that my flat could have been damaged by leak - or will it cause a dampness problem for the building/my flat? No signs of leak above ground as it stands.
Would appreciate any advice!
