Camera suggestions please

I want to buy a new camera, we're off on a wildlife spotting holiday in Scotland so its especially for that and similar type use long term. I've seen cameras that have some kind of tracking feature, so if you spot something a long way away and zoom in on it, it will find it again again for you.Not sure how many features are worth getting though and how much is gimmick. I've got about £200 to spend, a bit more if its really worth it,but less if possible. :-)
