Expat mortgage

Options
I know I need to consult a specialist advisor for this - but I would be v grateful for views on whether it is likely to even be possible, and if so at what kind of rates.

We own 3 properties in the UK, all unencumbered and all rented out.
We own a house in France which is now our main residence.

We would like to raise a mortgage on one of the UK properties, it would be about 50% of the value of the most expensive house.

HOWEVER we have no salaries, being early-retired.
I have a small pension. Most of our income comes from the 3 rental properties, and we have several years of HMRC declarations of this income.

Ages 61 and 57, looking for maybe a 10 or 15 year mortgage (repayment or interest only) with as long a fixed rate as possible.

So, if it could be done, what would rates be like?
Thanks

PS used to have v good credit score but now mediocre due to no longer being on electoral register

Dont worry about a credit score, there is no such thing. Aside from that, the lenders you will be looking at will need to credit check you rather than credit score.

Rates will not be horrendous, but not market leading either. It will depend on the LTV etc. I am not sure what the rate will be, but I would say if you budget for around 4% you will not be a million miles out.
