What other information do you need above the two page thread you already have on the loans board?
  • I would like to know what right I have to have it at the 3.4% as we have signed for that and got proof of the agreement here.

Can they turn around and say it was an error and this was supposed to be the Apr, or because we signed the document, we are legally entitled to it?

    It's very simple.

If it was agreed and approved at 3.4%, then that is what it is.

If the rate was changed during the application process, then the new rate applies.

If they have made an error in applying the rate, they will correct the error.
  • So if I signed for the 3.4 which I had, then they should give it to me?

Natwest say 3.4% is the representative rate and the actual rate may vary.

Have you checked your copy of the agreement carefully to make sure there is no reference to the 3.4% being the representative rate . Read the whole document.

If you want a legal answer then you need to consult a lawyer.

Nobody here can see your document or give you free legal advice.

You will only get opinions based on what you are saying. Natwest may hold different information that we don't know about.
