Parking at B&Q Oldham on Game day and the car parks around surrounding areas were full and could therefor not park. I needed to get to the hospital which is right next to B&Q. Parked up at 2:30 and made their way up. Came back to a ticket on the car saying they was observed leaving the car on the car park at 2:46 and the ticket was issued at 2:57.
Came back at 3:45 so they was gone for just over an hour - the car park says customer parking for a maximum of 3 hours only. There are no cameras to monitor the cars incoming and outgoing of the car park so
quite confused.
Should the fine be paid or ignore it? The company is Total Parking Solutions and have been told by many people to ignore if the police or council haven!!!8217;t issued it.

only a fool ignores a private parking ticket in E & W so those people giving you "help" are morons and their advice is 6 years past its sell by date
now please read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread and appeal it as keeper on day 26, using the template
do NOT reveal who was driving
levaing site is difficult for them to prove, plus if they fail POFA2012 the keeper isnt liable anyway0

            Wot Red said.
You should only pay it after you have stuck pins in your eyes. Have you stuck multiple pins in your eyes?0

Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving
Edit your post to remove details of who was driving

Jeez do we really need such 'victim' thread headings, like this one too today?
 https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5835928/to-pay-or-not-to-pay
 Both asking if they PAY...PAY?!
What is the matter with the forum sticky, if people still ask 'shall I pay?' OBVIOUSLY NOT.
 It's only TPS!
Read the sticky thread for NEWBIES. Appeal and win, stop thinking paying is an option.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The advice o ignore is wrong, and dangerous, plus this isnt a fine, up until now you have been getting some exceedingly bad advice.
for starters always refer to the parking event in the third person, so the driver parked, or the vehicle was parked in X car park, no I/He/She/Friend/Wife/Mother/Sister etc, just driver, or vehicle .
Take a read of the sticky thread and post back here#
 And to Answer your Question
As you haven't been fined then you cant pay something that doesn't existshould the fine be paidFrom the Plain Language Commission:
