What kind of agriculture do you plan to get involved with?

Have you researched the wholesale prices for milk, wool, rapeseed or whatever? Do you have farming experience.

As for your questions,

• What are good websites to read about process of investing in agricultural land? I'd look in the agricultural press.
• What is the minimum savings needed to invest? depends entirely on the size of fields you want/need, and whether in the Scottish highlands or Kent!
• Can someone with a residential mortgage take loan to buy investment in agricultural land? Of course. A residential mortgage won't affect a commercial loan. What maters is your equity, the security in the land, and, critically, your business plan.
• What are some good websites to start such investment in agricultural land? No idea. Use google.
• Can we buy agricultural funds? Yes. eg
