Recently compared future tariffs with E.on perhaps thinking these were the only and best for cheaper alternatives.

I was amazed that a better tariff was available through the MSE cheap energy club, but not available on E.on searches, I see now on the E.on site there is a note which has been added when checking tariffs
Please be aware that other E.ON tariffs may be available through other channels, such as energy comparison websites.

Currently v1 changing to MSE v16, what a difference, don't forget to check others before changing tariff.

Morning MoneyMate, hope you're enjoying the weather :)

You're absolutely right, we do have other tariffs that are only through other channels, we do try to say on here to check comparison sites as well as our website.

But as you say it does also let customers know about other tariffs on the website, when you click on 'our gas and electricity tariffs'

Thank you for posting as well. :)

No worries MoneyMate,

Glad you'll get your cashback :) I understand what you mean though, it does appear to be happening quite a bit.

To be honest I could do with a bit of fresh air and some rain, my grass has given up! and is now a shade of brown :o

Always here if you need me.

Been reading this with interest.Get the App EON urged me.Its crap! It doesn't work.Go paperless. Yeah. I did. The app doesnt acknowledge that you have even paid your bill! And most of the time parts of the app are ' unavailable at the moment'.
