Voluntary redundancy

Hi anyone got any suggestions on how to word a letter applying for voluntary redundancy. The restructuring of the company's working hours would now not suit my family situation.
Thanks

Has the company announced a VR scheme? Is the restructuring actually trigger g redundancies?

Have they mentioned compulsory redundancy or is that not feasible, given the expected exodus?

You need to review the offer first,

You want at least as good as statutory, preferable it is a better payout.
