Hi anyone got any suggestions on how to word a letter applying for voluntary redundancy. The restructuring of the company's working hours would now not suit my family situation.

yes, and we have been told to put it in writing if thats what we want. Half the jobs are going!0

You want at least as good as statutory, preferable it is a better payout.0
