I think this is an American Twitter/competition. Can't find terms but on their product page is says the product is not available for shipment outside of the United States.

There's a reply on the tweet where they state its international. The app is certainly available in the UK, I use it on occassion.

Doesn't look like the watch is generally available outside the US at the moment, but the comp is run by Zombies Run, not Casio.
