Does anyone have a list they’ve used of who they needed to call once they moved? Banks, schools, work etc...

It is going to be different for different people, I found easiest was do what you remember then setup a redirect post from post office for 12 months, as letters come in phone them and get the address changed.0

For me as a single car owning indvidual without children:
Any utility bills on old property
Utility bills on new property (gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband)
TV licence
Buildings and contents insurance
Mobile phone (even if on PAYG)
Car insurance / Driving licence / V5 car log book
Doctor / Dentist / Optician
Banks / Savings providers / credit cards
Employer.
Pension providers (current employer may tell your current workplace pension provider)
Library, leisure centre or other memberships
Health insurance, life insurance, any other insurances
Any charities you pay regularly to
Loyalty or store cards - tesco, nectar, boots etc
Mail re-direction takes a few days to actually activate.Indecision is the key to flexibility

I have an AVC pension pot arranged through work, linked to my (ex-)employee number and with the same provider as my works pension pot. On hold as I'm not yet SRA, so I only get annual statements.
The pension provider did not update my address for the AVC as it is defined as a standalone product, as I discovered almost a year later.0 -
There are many lists on the internet.
Use google and then merge thm all and delete the bits that fon't apply to you.0
