Unfortunately in the small print of the form I signed it states
I hereby give my consent and authorisation voluntarily and release the establishment and it's agents of any claims that I have or may have in the future in connection with the described treatment
Your naivety has cost you a painful lesson in snake-oil treatments.
Then again NO treatment whether medical or "cosmetic" is ever guaranteed to work. Ask your doctor to guarantee in writing that the next treatment he puts you on will definitely work.
You paid for the treatment, not the results. And you got the treatment.
Also, I wouldn't have trusted an illiterate medical company (it's)0
