    This more recent thread clarifies the RTI information v pay date issue. https://www.rightsnet.org.uk/forums/viewthread/12740/

    Basically the actual date you receive those wages on is the UC Assessment Period those wages apply too.

    The issue occurs because the RTI passed to the DWP by HMRC is often not the actual pay date.... this works both ways so plan your challenges well!

    My sister who also works for the same employer (Somerset county council) has checked her account and she has not been paid yet. She banks with a different bank to me. All SCC employees are paid on the same day.
    I'm hoping this means that I haven't been officially paid yet and maybe my bank is showing a forecast payment on my account. However I can access the funds now.
    Finders crossed UC still count monday as my payday. Should find out in a couple days
