Any resellers that aren't scammers out there?

Hi All, looking for advice, we currently have BT broadband and cloud phones in our office, it's a pretty good system but BT is impossible to deal with direct when it comes to billing and support.
I think we need a reseller, that isn't a scammer, if they exist? We've been ripped off by universal telecom/5g communications in the past, terrible humans.
I like the idea of dealing with a smaller company that can talk to the machine that is BT in the event we have billing or tech issues, I would even pay a bit more for this.
Your views on this would be appreciated.

Indeed, using either would be an overall better experience in all respects, though neither is a "reseller" as they provide their own services, some of which use some wholesale BT backhaul.Zen or A&A and pay more .
