Going to switch but owed money?

Quick question really.
As OVO owes me money and if I switch to someone else, can I chased them for them cash?

You can request the credit from ovo by calling them. Then switch
Or you can switch and upon switch date you’ll be refunded anyway as ovo would have to finalise account!!

Expect to wait up to 6 weeks though.

I'd try getting the credit back before switching.

If you switch then you will have to wait for the switch to go through (4 - 6 weeks if things go well) before they would issue credit.
