If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Luxury Lodge
This element of the First Prize consists of the ownership of a Willerby Pinehurst Lodge 40x20 2 bed Holiday Home (Holiday Home) to be used for holiday and recreational use only and not to be occupied as a permanent residence, including the following additions:

2 years site fees/pitch costs for remainder of 2018 and up to 31st December 2019 (inclusive);
connections, local authority and water rates up to 31 December 2019 (inclusive);
all electricity, gas and insurance costs up to 31 December 2019 (inclusive);
decking with hot tub;
dress kit and an inventory pack (including a kettle and a toaster);
two (2) televisions;
fixed appliances, including but not limited to: a table, chairs, a sofa and a cooker;
decking furniture;
£2,000 credit on Owner Loyalty Card to spend in food and beverage outlets; and
one (1) welcome pack including champagne, flowers and various other products (such products to be determined at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider);


The Holiday Home will be situated at one (1) of the following seven (7) holiday Parkdean Resorts locations within the UK that are run by the Prize Provider subject only to availability of a pitch (the Holiday Park Location). Parks included are Ashcroft Coast, Camber Sands, Ocean Edge, Skipsea Sands, Thorness Bay, Trecco Bay and Whitley Bay.

Upon choosing the pitch location, the winner shall enter into a pitch licence agreement with the Prize Provider. The winner must be 18 years of age or older and will be subject to the rules of the holiday park location then in force and as may be amended from time to time.

The winner may choose which one of the holiday park locations and which standard pitch location within the holiday park location (the Pitch Location) they wish to locate their Holiday Home on. In the event a holiday park location or pitch location is unavailable, the Prize Provider shall provide a pitch in an alternative Parkdean Resorts location of the winner's choosing (subject to availability).

No later than 1 January 2020 the winner must choose and agree with the Prize Provider one of the following options (the Options) (i) keep the Holiday Home where situated at the Pitch Location at the holiday park location and assume responsibility of the payment of all costs, fees and charges associated with the continued ownership of the Holiday Home, including but not limited to paying the relevant fees for the Pitch Location, insurance and running costs; (ii) sell the Holiday Home, in which case the Prize Provider must be given first opportunity to buy the Holiday Home back from the winner at competitive market rates; or (iii) sell the Holiday Home privately subject to Prize Provider's right of first refusal set out in option (ii), and the winner shall bear all costs associated with such sale and consequential arrangements; or (iv) move the Holiday Home to another holiday park (whether or not operated by the Prize Provider) and bear all costs and fees associated with such move and assume responsibility of the payment of all costs, fees and charges associated with the continued ownership of the Holiday Home lodge on the chosen holiday park location. It is the winner's responsibility to confirm to the Prize Provider in writing by 1 January 2020 which of the Options they wish to take up. If the winner does not confirm to the Prize Provider which of the Options they wish to take up by 1 January 2020, they shall be deemed to have chosen option (i) subject to terms of the Parkdean Sale and Licence Agreement (in relation to Trecco Bay) or the Parkdean Resorts Pitch Licence Agreement (in relation to all other parks).

The Prize Provider will contact the winner within two (2) weeks of the winner confirmation and the winner must notify the Prize Provider of their chosen holiday park and Pitch Location within thirty (30) days of contact from the Prize Provider. The winner must allow up to thirty (30) days from notifying Prize Provider of their chosen Pitch Location for delivery of the Prize to the winner's chosen Pitch Location.

The Prize Provider will arrange the international dealership delivery of the car. The Prize Provider will contact the winner within twenty-eight (28) days of winner confirmation by ITV and then deliver the car within six (6) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car, current driver's licence, current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport and proof of address. The winner may choose to register the car in another person's name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person. The Prize Provider is not responsible for insuring the car and any other costs associated with the winner taking up the prize.
