Ensuite Design Ideas Please.....

Hi
I am looking for ideas for our ensuite (1.0 meteres x 0.9 metres) . I have attached the floor plan to the link below. The master bedroom already has a vanity room (Low level wc and vanity wash hand basin). The ensuite has ventilation but no window and is quite narrow and long.
We were originally thinking wet room but we're now thinking against the idea. Any ideas?

Are you keeping the separate WC and basin? I don't know how big the bedroom is. If the walls are stud and there was space I would be tempted to change the size and shape of the ensuite so it had a window and put wardrobe in where the toilet end was. I would take out the other vanity room (not heard that term before) Does that make sense?0
