No toys out of pram please.
It's WORTH your time putting effort into this. You've put a lot more effort into researching sharky companies so time for a little over here.
Split the utilities. There maybe a tariff or something someone can think of.
How many in your family - kids?
What are your debts/APRs/equity/mortgage rate/ is the mortgage repayment (interest only is renting from bank who maybe a better landlord )
How is your income made up, how much do you each earn... there maybe benefits/council tax discount/WTC depending on that info, how many hours do you work etc....
How old are you - you maybe able to make an IO mortgage over a longer length of tiem (renting from bank) or equity release may be an option....0 -
I suspect that the fed up is a mixture of shame, a feeling of helplessness & head exploding "I dont know what to do?". You havent answered questions about work, wife etc & while you dont have to its hard to help when we dont know whats what! How did you get on with CAB & did you manage to ring CCCS? I KNOW it's hard but think locically - you are thinking of effectively giving your house away for £200 a month! I'm sure you can do this without selling. My bills rent etec mean I break even, on paper, but somehow I've managed to pay off £7000 since April 06 & thats without being a miser! It does mean adjustments, no doubt about it but I can honestly say my quality of life & happiness are both 100% better despite that!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1!
