Any (Neff) dishwasher experts?

Hi, our dishwasher is about 7 years old. Over the last 2 years has got noisier and over the last couple of months the cleaning of top basket stuff has reduced.(bottom basket fine). I've had the upper arms out and they don't appear to be blocked. The dishwasher is cleaned regularly. I've checked in the pump area and there was no blockage.

Looks like, for whatever reason, pump performance is reduced hence reducing water force to top basket. Any suggestions?
