Changing account with Nationwide

Is it possible to change account with the nationwide, my mum asked about changing it today and she was told "no you cant change it", shes got a current account but only a cash machine card, she wants a flexaccount like ive got for when she goes away

Get your Mum to apply for a new NW Flexaccount with a debit card. There is nothing in the T&Cs to say you cant have two Flexaccounts.

I've got two.
She can apply although may be rejected because of the same reason she didn't get the flexaccount in the place. Maybe that's what they meant?0
