1. This prize draw is in two tiers.
Tier 1 is open to UK financial institutions-issued Mastercard Cardholders only.
Tier 2 is open to all entrants.
All entrants must be resident in the UK and be aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited
and its group companies and Mastercard Europe Services Limited
their families, agents or anyone else professionally
associated with the draw are not eligible to enter.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the Terms and Conditions.
It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the
competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entries must be submitted via the web address tgr.ph/mastercarducl
and entry is restricted to one per person.
Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
4. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries
sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted.
No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of submission
of an entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
5. Five Tier 1 winners and 25 Tier 2 winners will be
drawn at random from all eligible entries into each Tier received by the closing date.
6. Entrants will only be eligible to win the Tier 1 prize
if they are aged 18 years or older,
are resident in the UK and
hold a Mastercard card issued by a UK financial institution
7. All entries must be received by 23:59 on Wednesday, May 9, 2018.
8. The Promoter will contact all winners by telephone or email.
Entrants are encouraged to monitor their telephone and email connections,
including spam folders,
during this time in case they are a winner.
9. The Tier 1 winners will be contacted by 1pm on Thursday,
May 10, 2018
and must confirm acceptance of the prize by 5pm on the same day.
The Tier 1 winners may be required to provide proof that they are a Mastercard
Cardholder to the Promoter upon request.
Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner or should any winner be
unable or ineligible to accept their prize within these deadlines,
the Promoter reserves the right to award their
prize to an alternative winner,
drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
10. The Tier 2 winners will be contacted within 14 days of the
closing date of the prize draw.
Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner or should any winner
be unable to accept their prize,
the Promoter reserves the right to award their prize to an alternative winner,
drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
11. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication.
Should any prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be provided.
12. There will be five Tier 1 prizes and 50 Tier 2 prizes available to win.
The prize packages are as follows:
Tier 1 -

viewing party at Sky Garden London on Saturday, May 26, 2018,
including complimentary food and beverages
Tier 2 -
50 winners will each receive a football
13. The Tier 1 winners’ and guests must be aged 18 years or older.
For security reasons the winners and their guests will be asked to confirm
their date and place of birth before the prizes are issued.
The winners and their guests should also carry photo ID (passport or driving licence).
Ticket holders may be asked to present valid photo ID (passport or driving licence)
and/or other forms of identification (such as a debit or credit card)
upon entry to the Event to ensure that the ticket holder is the same
as the person named on
(or allocated to) their ticket.
The Promoter and the Venue reserve the right to remove the winner
and/or guest if they are not acting in adherence with the Venue’s regulations.
The Promoter and the Venue reserve the right to refuse entry to the
event to any person regardless of if they have a valid ticket.
14. Each winner of the Tier 1 prize must take their prize as one package.
The prize is valid for Saturday 26 May 2018 at the Sky Garden, London.
If any winner is unable to accept their prize or if the winner of Tier 1 a
nd/or their guest breach these Terms and Conditions,
their prize will be forfeit and that winner shall not be entitled to any form of compensation.
15. The Tier 1 prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and the event,
food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned.
16. The prizes (and associated tickets) are personal to the respective winners
and the sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of any tickets
and/or part of any of the prize packages is strictly prohibited
(including, without limitation, online via an online auction website or
online ticket resale marketplace).
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or make void any and
all prize elements if this term is not complied with.
17. The Tier 1 winner’s and guest’s details will be shared with the event
organisers and Mastercard’s service provider Big Group,
in order to fulfil the prize.
The winners and their guests agree to act in accordance with the organiser’s
instructions as required during the experience.
Participation in the prize will be subject to fulfilment of further
requirements such as the signature of a disclaimer.
18. The Tier 1 winners and their guests will allow Mastercard and the
event organiser to use their name, photograph, video,
voice recording and general location for its publicity and news
purposes during this and any future promotions or advertising.
19. All elements of the prize packages are subject to availability,
non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
20. It is a condition of entry that winners and companions agree to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion without further recompense.
21. The Promoter is responsible for data collection for the prize draw.
Entrants will be required to submit their name, address, phone number and email address,
which will be stored in the EU.
Data will only be used to provide the prize, or in accordance with any marketing
preferences you select.
This includes providing data to Mastercard who are responsible for
providing the Tier 1 prizes,
which may include transferring data into its email database in accordance
with applicable law.
Data will not otherwise be shared with third parties.

22. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding
of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter.
Accordingly the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion,
vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability
shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
23. The Promoter is responsible for the first part of the promotion,
which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw.
Provision of the Tier 1 prizes is the responsibility of Mastercard.
Provision of the Tier 2 prizes is the responsibility of NDL Group
