Party Wall Agreement

I’m just after a bit of advice.
We’ve just had a single story rear extension built. We’re end of terrace and we came in for our boundary of our neighbour by 1 metre. We have a lovely neighbour and she’s been great and has had no objections and has been in to see how we’re getting on and has been really happy for us.
I was out the other day and someone mentioned having trouble with a party wall agreement and my heart sunk. We had very deep foundations dug due to lots of trees. Did we need his agreement and is there anything we can do at this point? No damage has been caused etc and she’s very happy but don’t know if we should have done this and if it’s going to be a problem when we come to sell (no plans to). Also want to be sure next door is happy.
Can anyone advise me?
Many thanks.

Sorry I meant from not for. Our extension is 1m away from our adjoining wall.0

If the work is done then PWA doesn't matter anymore, too late.0

See the guidance leaflet for definition of Party Wall, and distances etc from boundary:

But as Ozzuk says, too late now for you to serve PW Notice, and too late for your neighbour to get an injunction preventing your works.0
